A 1-day workshop exploring trauma informed work practices.
Trauma Informed Practice is not only a growing mandate in many frontline job roles, but it is also contemporary practice. Providing people with interactions that are trauma informed results in better service outcomes in the long-term. It also reduces the risk of re-traumatisation, builds trust, and supports ongoing access for people who might otherwise not engage.
By the end of this workshop participants will have increased confidence in their ability to communicate trauma informed principles, and a strong understanding of how to integrate trauma informed practices into their work.
