A 45-minute practical webinar for HR, people leaders, and teams.
After years of supporting Tasmanian workplaces, we know that high-performing teams aren't defined by an absence of conflict, but by how they navigate it. Thriving cultures are built on the ability to have honest, courageous, and clear dialogue when it matters most.
This 45-minute webinar cuts through the discomfort to focus on the core strategies that transform difficult discussions into opportunities for growth and resolution:
- Preparation (The ACTION Framework)
- Objectivity & Fact-Basing
- Active Listening
- Emotional Regulation
- Collaborative Resolution
Designed especially for HR professionals, people leaders, and managers, this session shares evidence-based insights and achievable actions you can apply immediately to your next "hard talk."
- 45 minutes
- Online via Microsoft Teams
- Informed by decades of communication research and hands-on workplace support.
Short on time. Big on impact.

- Utilise "I" statements to own feelings and de-escalate defensiveness while clearly articulating the logistical and emotional impact of specific behaviours.
- Employ active listening to bridge the gap between confusion and clarity
- Use open questions, empathy, and paraphrasing to build trust and move from a confrontational "win-lose" mindset to a cooperative one.
